The Hugo Wall School of Urban and Public Affairs enhances the quality of public affairs and administration through: (1) excellence in instruction that prepares individuals for positions of leadership and responsibility in management, finance and policy for public and nonprofit organizations; (2) excellence in scholarship that expands and disseminates knowledge to audiences of academics, professionals and practitioners in government and nonprofit organizations; and, (3) excellence in service to Wichita State University and the profession of public administration.
