Significant Practitioner Experience
Director of Research and Accountability, Kansas Corporation for Change, Topeka, Kansas (1992-1994).  Responsibilities:  supervise and conduct research and evaluation activities for a public-private partnership charged with  planning, research, coordination, and evaluation of child and family policy in Kansas; present research findings and make policy recommendations to legislators and other government officials; consult with local organizations and public officials on system reform of children’s policy with emphasis on outcome measurement, organizational effectiveness, and performance-based budgeting.
